The Six Pack with Pedals (also called Six Pack Care) is a home-fitness machine designed for core, ab, and full body toning. It combines pedals for lower body/cardio work with functionality for abdominal workouts (sit-ups, crunches, twists) and includes back & neck support and handles for safety and comfort. It often has adjustable resistance, a rotating seat (for obliques), and folds or is compact so you can store it at home.
