• Orders are subject to product availability. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you and suggest an alternative.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in Kenya Shillings (KES) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Payment must be completed before order processing and delivery.

4. Shipping

• We charge a flat shipping rate of KES 500.

• Orders above KES 150,000 qualify for free shipping.

• Delivery timelines are 1–5 business days depending on location.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• Products can be returned within 14 days in their original condition and packaging.

• We only allow item exchanges (no cash refunds).

• Processing for exchanges takes up to 7 business days.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Fast Serve is not liable for damages arising from misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs of purchased products.

• We are not responsible for delays beyond our control, such as courier delays, natural disasters, or strikes.
