Return Window

• You may return a product within 14 days of purchase.

• The item must be in the same condition as received, unused, and in its original packaging.

Exchange Only

• We do not offer cash refunds.

• Instead, customers are eligible for an item exchange of equal value or higher (with the customer paying the difference, if applicable).

Processing Period

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, exchanges will be processed within 7 business days.

• You will be contacted once your exchange is ready for collection.

Non-Returnable Items
